 भारत-संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका संबंध -13 फरवरी, 2025 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका की यात्रा पर रहे। रहे। राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के दूसरे कार्यकाल के शपथ ग्रहण के पश्चात यह प्रधानमंत्री की पहली अमेरिकी यात्रा थी। व्यलॉग, इस दौरान दोनों नेताओं ने रणनीतिक एवं सुरक्षा सहयोग, रक्षा, व्यापार एवं आर्थिक भागीदारी, प्रौद्योगिकी, ऊर्जा सुरक्षा तथा क्षेत्रीय व वैश्विक मुद्दों पर चर्चा की। दोनों नेताओं ने 21वीं सदी के लिए संयुक्त रूप से अमेरिका-भारत समझौते का शुभारंभ किया। यह समझौता सैन्य साझेदारी, त्वरित वाणिज्य और प्रौद्योगिकी में अवसरों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए है। दोनों नेताओं ने इस प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाने के मद्देनजर, वर्ष 2025 के अंत तक पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी बहु-क्षेत्रीय द्विपक्षीय व्यापार समझौते के पहले चरण पर बातचीत करने की योजना की भी घोषणा की।इसके अलावा, दोनों नेताओं ने 21वीं सदी में अमेरिका-भारत प्रमुख रक्षा साझेदारी के लिए एक नई 10 वर्षीय रूपरेखा को अंतिम रूप देने की योजना की घोषणा की।  दोनों नेताओं ने TRUST पहल की शुरुआत करते हुए महत्वपूर्ण और उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों में सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्धता जताई है। TRUST पहल से अर्थ है, रणनीतिक प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग करके संबंधों में परिवर्तन लाना। उन्होंने 'इंडस इनोवेशन' की शुरुआत की। यह एक नवाचार सेतु है, जिसे रक्षा अनुप्रयोगों के लिए सफल इंडस-एक्स प्लेटफॉर्म के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। इसका लक्ष्य अंतरिक्ष, ऊर्जा और अन्य उभरती प्रौद्योगिकियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना है।

India-United States Relations

On February 13, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the United States. This was the Prime Minister's first visit to the US after President Donald Trump's second term inauguration. During this visit, both leaders discussed strategic and security cooperation, defense, trade and economic partnership, technology, energy security, and regional and global issues.

The two leaders jointly launched the US-India Agreement for the 21st Century. This agreement aims to encourage military partnership, expedited commerce, and opportunities in technology. To further this process, both leaders also announced their plan to negotiate the first phase of a mutually beneficial multi-sectoral bilateral trade agreement by the end of 2025.

Additionally, the two leaders announced their plan to finalize a new 10-year framework for the US-India Major Defense Partnership in the 21st Century. Both leaders committed to advancing cooperation in critical and emerging technologies by launching the TRUST Initiative. TRUST stands for Transforming Relations Using Strategic Technologies. They also launched 'Indus Innovation', an innovation bridge built upon the successful Indus-X platform for defense applications, with the goal of focusing on space, energy, and other emerging technologies.
